Refund Policy for Manningham Gourmet

At Manningham Gourmet, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. Please review our refund policy below:

1. Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once they have been delivered. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you receive a damaged or incorrect item.

2. Refunds
If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, don't hesitate to get in touch with us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the product. We will assess your request and, if approved, issue a refund or send a replacement product.

3. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order. After this time, cancellations are not guaranteed as your order may have already been processed.
